Ministry to the Home-bound

This ministry brings the Blessed Sacrament to those at home, in the hospital, or in a nursing home, while providing comfort and companionship to these people who are sure to become your newest friends. Our members bring best wishes from our faith community and ensure those that we visit know that they are not forgotten and that they remain in our community, in our hearts, and in our prayers.

A brief training session is required for all new members, each of whom will assist a current member until they are comfortable visiting the home-bound on their own. If you are interested in joining or know of someone who would like for us to visit, please contact us via email.

Ministerio para el Hogar

Este ministerio lleva el Santísimo Sacramento a quienes están en casa, en el hospital o en un hogar de ancianos, al tiempo que brinda consuelo y compañía a estas personas que seguramente se convertirán en sus nuevos amigos. Nuestros miembros traen los mejores deseos de nuestra comunidad de fe y se aseguran de que quienes visitamos sepan que no son olvidados y que permanecen en nuestra comunidad, en nuestros corazones y en nuestras oraciones. Se requiere una breve sesión de capacitación para todos los nuevos miembros, cada uno de los cuales asistirá a un miembro actual hasta que se sientan cómodos visitando el hogar por su cuenta.
